This 5-bedroom property in Chester's prestigious Queen’s Park neighborhood was transformed into a luxurious, modern retreat, blending sophistication with comfort. Working closely with the client, we created a contemporary design with a light and neutral color palette, as requested, to maintain a timeless elegance.

In this project, we specified and curated every detail, from soft furnishings and bespoke cabinetry to lighting, kitchen finishes, and accessories, ensuring a seamless and cohesive look throughout the home. The clean, modern aesthetic is complemented by high-quality materials, elegant textures, and custom-designed elements to achieve a unique and elevated style.

The property is designed not only as a private residence but also as a high-end Airbnb for guests when the owner is away. This dual-purpose use required a balance between personal comfort and the durability needed for a luxury rental property, achieving an elegant yet welcoming ambiance.
